Bought for my home office (I support US troops in the field). Excellent quality, easy to install and use. Nice display with tare and hold buttons to zero the package weight and hold the displayed weight while I fill out customs forms. The scale is ACCURATE which is more than I can say about other branded scales I've bought and it has a small footprint so takes up a lot of space. very little space on my desktop. The flaps easily open to store envelopes, tubes and other tall vertical items and fold flat when not in use. A very handy feature when shipping oversized or vertical items.
