Review on Create Unique Mini Erasers With KLUTZ Make Your Own Toy! by Tyler Cash

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Poor instructions, not cute designs, cheap materials.

I usually love Klutz books. They're usually a great value and have great instructions. This one not so much. We bought it for our 9 year old daughter for Christmas and the instructions were hard for her to follow. We both made one and I just wasn't impressed with how they turned out. Plus the cooking instructions are too vague--we were basically guessing how long we should bake them. A few years ago we ordered another Klutz clay book and it was great. We made the cutest little charms for jewelry. The instructions were clear, the clay was really nice to work with, and the charms were really cute. Unfortunately, this time we chose to get this eraser one because it was cheaper and the erasers seemed like they'd be fun. Nope. It's sort of lame to have them be erasers because they get dirty as soon as you use them and aren't cute anymore and the eraser clay is harder to work with, on top of the poor instructions and less-than-cute projects in the book. I highly recommend that you skip this book and buy "Klutz Make Clay Charms Craft Kit ". Its worth the extra money. I wish we'd chosen that one again this time. My daughter would have loved it.
