Completely stopped working in less than 4 months. When I asked for a refund I was told to email photos of the purchase receipt, the product label and the device with the cord cut. I did that but nothing after 6 weeks now. I called again and the representative couldn't find my email. It turned out that the email address provided and used was not the best as it goes to the company headquarters and should be forwarded to the warranty group. Apparently it wasn't forwarded. I was then given a different email address which I don't know how to use as I have now been told to SEND the proof of purchase, product labels and MAINS PLUG to a PO Box address. So UPS or FedEx will not work. That's ridiculous.
