I swear this Chromebook has an advantage or two, but one of them is definitely weight. Much lighter than my old Samsung Chromebook XE500C12. But that's all I can say. It freezes and almost doesn't work - any mouse or key actions are delayed by 30-45 seconds, and sometimes more. Either working on a document or scrolling through a boring website becomes impossible without having to close everything and restart. do something good. To be honest, it seems like the RAM is malfunctioning or something in the background is limiting his ability to think. My Samsung is 6 years older (built in 2015) has never had this problem and has a lot less resources than this Asus; much less Ram and the like. I have this on a Treasure Truck and it's hard to get feedback on these things. Now I can't wait to return this item that I couldn't read the reviews for (to be honest only one person mentioned freezing in their review) just to pay the restocking fee. I hope they fix this thing but this looks like a crappy fix so I don't know what they will do about it.
