The ability for my receptionists (and myself) to see who is in our office, where they are located within it as well as their availability/unavailability without having them walk over or call me directly! This has saved us countless time calls back-to-back from clients that have not been able to find someone at this location when needed. I wish there were some more options available such as adding notes about each caller which would be helpful if we had multiple locations open simultaneously but overall so far no complaints!!
