A very good cloudbased service provider with excellent customer support

The ease of use for our staff, as well it is easy customization options that can be added without needing technical skills or software training - perfect! I really like how there's so many integrations available within this platform such things are booking appointments into scheduling tool automatically which saves time when adding new clients.- nothing at moment but would love if they could add other payment gateways in order to accept payments made through apps etc- great system overall!! Using virtual visits with patient satisfaction

I like that my receptionists can see patients in their own apps, so they are not stuck waiting for me when it's time to take care of them! It also helps if there is an app already installed or available through Apple/Google Play stores because then we don't have to install any additional software onto our phones - this makes things easier than having everyone download separate programs (which would be very difficult). The only thing i dislike about using these applications as opposed to talking

Cons
  • Mostly okay, but...

The ability for my receptionists (and myself) to see who is in our office, where they are located within it as well as their availability/unavailability without having them walk over or call me directly! This has saved us countless time calls back-to-back from clients that have not been able to find someone at this location when needed. I wish there were some more options available such as adding notes about each caller which would be helpful if we had multiple locations open simultaneously but

Pros
  • You can easily add any number you need into your system
  • even those outside your network range with very little set up required by yourself; also being notified right away via text messaging whenever anyone unlocks one's door makes walking around unfamiliar spaces much safer & easier while still allowing access control rights tracking capabilities all using just an app downloaded onto smartphones.a great solution especially considering how many people now carry phones along w ithout checking emails regularly.
