I mainly use this camera mount for streaming. It stays on my PC and when I use it I take out the remote for more precise control. My camera is a Sony ZV-1 and it takes literally 15 seconds to pair. I only use the zoom feature since I'm in movie and streaming mode and usage is limited, but it does everything I want it to. Everything is secure and works great. I'm glad I didn't buy a Sony tripod.
