I checked before purchasing this kit and another customer said they had no problem using it to lower the 07 Streetglide. Here is my experience. The upper shock washer must be included first as the lowering kit will move the lower shock mount approximately 1/8 inch. I doubled up my two stock washers at the top between the shock and the frame to create my own spacer to accommodate the offset. Second, I wanted to lower my bike 2 inches but couldn't without changing the brace to loosen it. I don't want to risk damaging my shock absorbers. Others might have had better luck on other bikes, but all I could safely get out of this kit was 1 inch.
