I am a very active rider, member of a cycling club and typically ride between 75 and 135 miles per week most of the year. I mount my iPhone to the center tube of my Trek road bike. I navigate with Ride with GPS and keep my iPhone screen on all the time so I have to keep the flashlight battery in a case that will keep the phone running for 8-10 hours if needed. I also keep some other little things in it. I bought the bag about a year and a half ago, it holds very well and hardly moves.
