Review on 💡 Aluminum Heatsink for Raspberry Pi - Enhanced Thermal Transfer by Robert Dabney

I ordered these for a small all metal HDMI capture device that gets very hot when in use. I stream on Youtube and Twitch, as does my roommate. His recorder of the same model burned out from overheating so I had to do something. They work to passively cool the device. They were originally intended for the Raspberry Pi, but they work perfectly. I lined them all up on one side of the device, the side that gets the most heat, and I found that the recording device was a bit more stable. I am thinking of ordering more for my Chromecast which is also getting pretty hot. My package accidentally arrived without hot melt pads but I contacted the seller and they fixed the program very quickly.
