My husband bought me three Oxford Chef knives for Christmas 2020 - Santoku 7", Kirisuke Chef's 8" and Utility (Petty) 6". He was very doubt I would like these knives. They are beautiful. They are functional. Love how well balanced they are. I used them for our dinner at Christmas; these knives cut veggies easily. I have other high quality knives; these knives are just as good or even better "I just had to order more to complete your custom set! As for my thoughts on the bad reviews, the knives may not have been properly cared for. If you want to wash your knives in the dishwasher, these knives are not for you. Products Leave rust stains, so wash your knives right away and rightly so. Personally, I think you'll be happy with these genuine Damascus steel knives.
