Beautiful Piece, but not accurate

The caliper is beautifully made, precision ground and feels very smooth like a much more expensive tool. Unfortunately, mine turned out to be off zero - it read 5/1000ths at zero and I didn't realize that until it was too late to return. Hope you have better luck, but this is definitely a problem with QA.

This caliper is well made and I can get repeatable readings. It''s a little difficult if you''re going to 3rd decimal place. But then my eyes are on the senior side of life.
