Made in Japan and cheap handle

Unlike most Dexter Russel knives, this one is made in Japan. The description of the item is unclear and does not mention that it is a Dexter Russell "Basics" knife. Not Made in the USA. It has a very thin and cheap plastic handle. It doesn't have the SofGrip handle that most Dexter-Russell fillet knives are known for. There's a reason this knife only costs $11.26.
