Quality product, not like salmon or other fish. zero burns. 10/10

Potholders are something that, once bought in a lifetime, you assume will be yours for the rest of your life. Well, after a relationship change and two stays later, I still clung to that dangerous assumption. After cooking home meals many times later and using a spare kitchen towel to protect my severely calloused but still vulnerable hands, I announced that I had had enough. It's time to correct this unreliable and immature situation and accept the fact that at 34 I had to buy a second set of oven mitts. I chose Prime because it's clear that this isn't a situation that really requires fighting for a parking spot or interacting with other people right at the local destination. I started my quest like everyone else - with the firm intention of buying a set of copies of the novel printed potholder set my grandmother kept by the stove when I was young - made to look like a photorealistic salmon. As I searched for my salmon protective gloves, it slowly dawned on me that, despite their nostalgic appeal, they might not fit my decor and I might need to take a different direction. In the end I settled on this stylish and quality set of gray quilted mittens and while I have to admit that I only used one of the two (I called the glove the right hand even though they seem to be both hands) I really enjoyed it Served well and I have yet to feel a single ill effect from the heat caused by my marginal culinary skills.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
