Fan works best again in Blower
Works as it should for my '05 Duramax fan kept running even after removing the key from the ignition Replaced this part and the fan is working as it should again. Two small screws are held in place, I believe they were 5.5mm, and a couple of electrical connections that are really easy to replace.
