Review on Cloyes 9-4202S Balance Shaft Kit: Ensuring Optimal Engine Balance & Performance by Robert Elder

I replaced the balance shaft chain/sprocket when I started making the timing chain kit. My Saturn Ion has done 200,000 miles and I've replaced everything just in case. The timing chain on my last car broke at 228,000 miles and I LOVE this car. unfortunately the ecotech is a disruptive engine and it broke. The whole work took about 6 hours. Don't forget to order a valve cover gasket and a front cover gasket, just in case. I was able to reuse my old ones so I can send both back to Amazon for a full refund.
