Review on Qualcomm Multimedia Navigation 2007 2013 Original by Piyush Ventura

I was looking for a new head unit for a while and came across this one. After some confusion (CIC or CCC) I finally received the device (no manual or instruction manual). I never got it as described. The seller forgot to provide information on how to properly pair the device with my phone, hotspot or whatever. I'm glad I know about installing head units. The seller/manufacturer is located outside of China so there will be a delay before you get a response unless you get up at 4am CST when they are still open. If I emailed at 10am, I usually didn't get a reply until the following evening. Due to frustration and lack of support I returned the device and got Avin $50 more than I spent here. The downside is that Avin is based in the US and has an active customer service department and a real website with DIY videos and photos. I also got a 12" instead of 10.25" for the price here.
