Served its purpose. It's just a little piece of rubber. It's much smaller than it appears in the picture, only about 1 inch in diameter. This is good though, as it's used to pull out those little flat bulbs. I wish it was held on with a little more force, it doesn't seem to seal as well as it should. Cleaning and drying both surfaces (the rubber and the bulb you will be removing) is crucial! Since the application is for a cooker hood, grease will be present and it must be perfectly clean, otherwise it will not be able to create a vacuum. Let me take the bulb from the back (while it is off of course) and it worked much better than this tool.
