My kids had a lot of fun playing with it. Depending on how old your kids are, they may need parental help to set it up. The instructions give you some ideas about the different things you can build, a rocket ship, a fortress, an igloo, etc. My kids loved assembling the igloo and then throwing a blanket over it. Due to Covid we are always looking for fun indoor activities for kids. In the summer it was good because the kids could play outside, but when the weather gets colder we need indoor activities at home! I see that we benefit greatly from this. We're thinking of buying another one to create the perfect living room fortress! The rods bend a little and fit the balls snugly. Make sure the balls are lined up correctly or they can mess up your build (there are 4 arrows on each ball, which helps a lot!). Overall very happy with this purchase and I would recommend it to other parents looking for fun activities for kids. Children!
