Okay, I understand there have been some reports of product failures. Mine arrived on time. It is difficult. This is cast iron. I. You can take out "a" napkin without getting four of them at once and knocking them over. It is also pretty. I understand that they say that the goods arrived broken. NOT COOL. However, the item will not arrive broken as it is thin. He's not mushy. The product is delivered broken because someone between the warehouse and the delivery truck (without saying who, by the way) throws the thing like a pillow. I would recommend the shipper to take an extra step or two and pack it better. Mine obviously wasn't moved from one end of the warehouse/truck to the other. If that were the case, things probably wouldn't look so good. (BIG slap on the back to my warehouse shipper and my delivery man). Conclusion: Anyone who has wrongly received a defective product should contact Revain. It should be packed better. But don't miss out on this very nice napkin holder. If you can get hold of it safe and sound, chances are you'll love it! :)
