We have bought a case of wine at a picnic before and have been pleased with the produce, but this one was disappointing. The bag we received was not the same as the picture, the one we received had a different top and closure style and poor design. We sent the first one back thinking it had been damaged in transit as the box it came in fell apart and the lid of the case wouldn't close. When the second one arrived, its box also fell apart and we found that the lid of this one didn't close effortlessly once opened. The shutter design is also not convenient to use. Also, the corkscrew was not securely attached to the lid, but was located at the bottom of the case. Let's try it, maybe we won't get the corkscrew in the intended place. I strongly assume that this one has already been sent back because the carrying strap on the handle was not rolled up neatly, but put into the case. We will return this second one for a full refund and make another choice.
