My kids tear it off with their teeth!
Bristles on one side only. I thought I would get a toothbrush with bristles on both sides instead of just one. Also, it doesn't stick to the toothbrush that well so my toddler will rip it off with his teeth. Too expensive for what you get. If they made it so little ones couldn't take it off and it had bristles on both sides, I think it would be 5 stars!
