The product overall isn't bad, but it did have dead pixels that became annoying the moment I saw them. If there were no dead pixels, plus some spots (although they are not visible when the monitor is on). It would bother me a lot if it didn't have to be new. However, the box with the monitor looked like it had already been opened and used. It also didn't help that the courier spotted it on my porch, which could have been the cause of the dead pixels, but not the old box.
