I can't type and my mom can't swing

OK so the title is only half right I really can't type. So this little car is a godsend. I'm a computer assembler and programmer by trade, so many people ask me what toys to buy. Without a doubt, if you "collect" business cards, you must have these. Installation is easy and the software is better than you might expect. I would say that the export functions in the software handle 99% of the PIMS and DBF that are commonly used. Sure, it's difficult to check every card you scan, but once your collection is added, you'll only be doing this a few times a week, and that's not a big deal. As with all modern OCR functions that have to work with many fonts and styles, errors will occur. The included OCR software really does an above average job and gets it right the first time. Better than I typed it exactly. Another nice feature is that you get a saved copy of your card that you scanned. Why is it important? If you have the same vision as me, it's much easier to see a card at 300% resolution for correction than to read 6 point writing by people who think they need a life story on a business card . I could go on and on but this is the top. cutting product. So why only 4 stars? Until OCR can get it right 10 times out of 10, I can't say it's perfect. This device comes pretty damn close, although it's worth the money.
