Great sifter and extras!

I love the this sifter. It is made well and a good size. I put flour in large Tupperware container and leave the sifter inide. That way I don't have to wash it often. If you don't keep that much flour on hand, you can put sifter in a ziplock bag. Also, like the extra items that came with it.

Cons

Uncomfortable grip: The handles on this set are not ergonomically designed and can be uncomfortable to grip, especially for bakers with arthritis or other conditions that affect hand dexterity

Sifter is easy to use and holds at least 2 cups. Sifts fine. The Pastry Cutter is sharp, has a good weight, and works nicely. The small sifter is perfect for topping food items.
