These are good lights, if installed properly. I am a senior, and unable to install them, because I can't use a long ladder. I hired someone to do the job. The person did a good job of putting them up, but I didn't know that the batteries need to be charged for 3 days (with the switch in the "off" position) before you can switch them to the "auto" position and expect them to work as described (dusk to dawn). Now I know, because I read the instructions that came with the lights. This is not stated on the product description on revain, so it's easy to miss - and I wasn't clear on this point, so the installer just put them up, set the switch to "auto", and went on his way. The lights do work, but not from dusk to dawn, and I suspect the batteries aren't fully charged. This puts me in the position of having to hire someone to come do the switch to "off", then come back in 3 days and switch it to "auto". I am not pleased with having to put out more expense on hiring an installer. So, you might want to prepare for doing this process if you have to hire an installer and can't do it yourself.
