Review on SafeRest Premium Hypoallergenic Bed Bug Proof Pillow Protector – Waterproof & Zippered – Standard Size (1) by Andrea Ellis

I ordered 4 queen size pillowcases because my pillowcases are quite large, but I could probably go for a standard size because these pillowcases are a bit loose. Three of them strapped in fine with a few hooks here and there, but one got stuck and I kept trying to pull it up and trying again until it went off the track. I think the problem is that the fabric is fluffy on the outside and gets caught in the zipper. Maybe they should redo it so that there is about 1/4 inch of smooth fabric on either side of the zipper. Anyway, I called SafeRest customer service directly and after giving them my Revain order number and sending them some photos of the broken product, they sent a new product free of charge which arrived in about 4 days. I had to call customer service 2 times to get a replacement but overall I'm satisfied.
