I really like how easy it is to send emails from this platform for my donors or potential supporters of our organization! The system has been very helpful in providing us access when we need it most - during an emergency situation such as Hurricane Maria. It's also great that they are able to process donations so quickly once they have received them! We had some issues at first getting up and running but now everything seems fine (at least according to their support staff). Nothing much about this software since there isn't anything negative out there either. This program is extremely beneficial because it allows me to keep track of all donor information without having to print off pages every time someone gives money towards something specific within our nonprofit organization. All funds donated get processed through this site so no other paperwork needs processing after donating via bank transfer which saves us tons of hours each month. Our board members can easily log into the account whenever needed and update any pending projects.
