I was planning to create my own design using a combination of Theracane and a back brush, but after trying these I can afford to take a break because these are pretty good picture fits . I prefer a slightly longer handle, maybe 3 or 4 inches, and maybe a soft foam rubber handle, but without those features this back comb is still a winner. I've tried a number of them over the years and this one is by far the best!
