Cocktailor presents itself as an all-in-one solution for house bartenders, but my negative experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. It's like eating microwaveable food at a five-star eatery. The website's design is dated and cumbersome, making it hard to locate information quickly. Products are of low quality and the variety is limited. It's like attempting to cook a five-star meal with items purchased at a dollar shop. The lack of a functioning customer care department is icing on the cake. I tried to get some help, but all I got was radio quiet. It's the equivalent of being abandoned on a remote island with no hope of help. To sum up, Cocktailor is not something I would suggest to anyone. Don't bother with this place for your house bar supplies; there are better options out there. Finding a store with a wider selection of options is preferable, as it is like attempting to paint a masterpiece with only a few colors.
