I installed this door just over a year ago. I have 2 large dogs that use the door all the time. Installation was easy and looks very nice. Even in high winds, it keeps out cold and heat, and the security door slides in easily if you want to keep it closed. It also looks very nice outside and inside. After about a month of use, the felt lining began to move down from the sides, and the bottom of the door, where the magnets are located, began to diverge. If I left it alone, the bottom track that allows the door to close and seal would fall apart completely and be difficult or impossible to repair. I applied some JB Quickweld Epoxy to the ends of the bottom of the door (very little, you can't see it unless you're very close) and I used some Finishing Epoxy, very lightly on the felt, and it again glued the door. Pages. After about 20 minutes everything calmed down and I put the dogs back on it. Since then I haven't had any more problems. The price of this door is a bit high, but buying a nice dog house or other doors of similar quality is no less. I wish it didn't have problems, but the solution was simple, cheap and easy. In general I am satisfied with the door, that's why I gave it 4 points.
