Review on Uniden TCX905 Accessory Handset Charger by Karla Harper

I contacted Uniden for a compatible phone for my TRU8866 base station and was told the TCX905 is a new phone. Well it will not be on the base station for registration, nor will it be on the TCX860 phone chargers. However, the TCX860 handset fits correctly in the TCX905 charger. I contacted Uniden for an explanation that I'm sure I won't like. The TRU8866 proved to be an excellent system. When I needed to change batteries for the TCX860 I bought Duracells from K-Mart for a great price and they charge better than Uniden batteries. I am extremely disappointed. I would go for a refurbished TCX860. I have 8 phones and wanted to add 2 more. I'm not looking forward to changing base stations and buying 9 new phones. Not good. Suggestions for brands would be welcome.
