The customer service is excellent, they are very responsive to questions or concerns I have had throughout my membership with them! They also make it easy for you by providing great templates that can get your data privacy program up-and running quickly in less than an hour!! It was difficult at first figuring out what type of information we wanted our memberships included (eHealth? Insurance?) but after talking through this process several times over email/phone calls their team has been able help me figure things like which forms needed changing etc so there's no guess work required from us once signed off upon via initial quote request - makes life much easier when dealing wtih such important issues as ours :).
