The handlebar height is 25.5 inches measured from the bottom of the handlebars to the top. It is NOT 26.4 inches as advertised. Other measurements seem pretty close. The overall height is 35.75 inches from the ground to the top of the grip at the top of the handlebar. Considering the handlebars are slightly tilted, to call it a 36-inch, you have to raise the rear end a bit to get the handlebars perfectly vertical. To be honest, I thought the extra 0.9 inch was actually there. I did eventually plan to replace the handlebars with a larger titanium handlebar, but now I'm forced to go ahead with that plan. If their ad hadn't lied and shown the correct size 25.5 I probably wouldn't have bought this scooter.
