Review on ACDelco 213 3519 Original Equipment Camshaft by Doug Twilights
Fits GM Vortec 4200
I had it replaced on my 2006 4.2L Trailblazer in less than 10 minutes. Direct replacement. I hope to get some mpg back. I will update accordingly. EDIT: I replaced this along with the fuel pump, VVT solenoid and crankshaft position sensor and now the truck runs very smooth.
