I bought this dryer in February 2019 and just filed the warranty claim. When I first got Cura I was overjoyed. It cut drying time in half and my hair felt amazing. However, after about 6 months I noticed that I needed more time to dry my hair but thought it might be me. Then, when I was blow-drying my hair this week, the blow-dryer's air output was cut in half. The "high" setting felt very weak, and the low setting was even worse. Here is my problem. I understand that sometimes things break, but even if the T3 replaces my hair dryer (and they write all over the site that their 'guarantee' is theirs, so my expectations are pretty low) I'll have to send it back .
