Good quality cable but crappy connector
I soldered this connector to the cable of a 12v air compressor. It handles the amperage very well, which I can't say about the one I bought from a popular tool store that sells cheap Chinese goods. However, the fork is not that good. The metal tabs on the sides of the plug are neither flexible nor spring-loaded, making it almost impossible to get in and out of my car's 12-volt outlet. When I tried to remove this plug, it pulled the socket out of my car's dashboard. I've used several other plugs in the same outlet and never had a problem.
