Review on Tap The Table by Zach Peterson

This software has been very easy to use, it allows me to manage my clients as if they were employees! It helps with scheduling appointments in advance of time off days or vacation times so that I know where people are at all times (even when working from home!), plus allows us to track orders as well as take payments via an app through Square Cash.

Also allowing our staff access through their phone gives them immediate visibility into upcoming shifts which makes everyone more comfortable knowing what's next-which results in better customer service overall. Nothing yet really! They do offer some training but its not intensive enought just jumping right in there you should be fine though. We have increased productivity by around 20% because we can see up close how many tables each person works at every day/shift change rather than relying only upon emailing back & forth about who needs coverage etc., also keeping records of who owes whom money is now super.
