This valve will not deliver the full 1.6 gallons per foot. Rather 1.4. If you decide to slow down the fill rate, it will make the toilet noisy. Has anyone noticed the cheap plastic rim (see picture) inside the Champion 4 between the tank and the bowl? I've never seen him on the toilet. After only 2 years, this diverter became brittle and broke. I removed it from my Champion 4 and can't tell any difference in performance. Champion 4 is unreliable and too demanding to fix. And had to replace all the parts in the toilet to solve my ghost flushing issue. I'm still not sure if that got fixed. The decent seal I got by calling AS customer service is still in the package. I decided to try a completely new valve and seal first. I will never buy champion 4 again.
