Leaks/Possibly Mismanufactured
There is a problem with this leak. I used it on a BMW E39 540i so I only used one adapter. Other adapters may work better, but my adapter cap leaked no matter how tight it was. I went and bought the Harbor Freight Kit and quickly saw why. Firstly, the sealing ring in the cover came loose and the protrusion in the adapter cover itself, which is adjacent to the expansion tank, was several millimeters shorter. Compared to the HF cap, it was crisp and clear. I don't know if it's just wrong/poorly done or if I'm married. The rest of the kit appeared to be of good quality.
