I bought this food processor after my food processor broke after 10 years of hard work. The first thing I noticed when it arrived was that it was a lot lighter and a lot louder than I expected. What I really liked was its power and the adjustable liter disc. Unfortunately, there are also disadvantages. $200 car. * It's as loud as a $30 processor. * The dicing set is just stupid. It doesn't work well and these devices were never designed for cubes * The base is too light and feels cheap * As a chef, we respected Cuisinart as much as Roboque. What happened!?!* Work bowl cracked after 4 uses last time! I looked at the warranty and it covers it but no one is responding to your complaint. Exchange costs 40 dollars! $40 for the same cheap plastic. Cuisinart was a reputable brand that I trusted. Now I'm left with an overrated piece of shit. I'm not interested in gadgets, I just wanted quality from a legendary culinary company. Disappointed it is slightly updated! A year has passed and the cardan shaft has broken!?! I spent 200.00 on Cuisinart Brand Trust. I could buy a $50 point-of-sale food processor and get better quality?!?β The Cuisinart brand used to matter. What happened? If I dropped my processor 15 years ago, I would wash it and use it again. 2021 breadcrumbs burn disc. You got lost at Cuisinart and I hope the warranty department will correct this.
