I bought these 3 years ago for my six and four year olds who took swimming lessons over the summer. These glasses work well and do not let water through. My daughter lost hers at the beach last week so I had to buy a new pair. Yesterday when I was adjusting my son's goggle strap, a piece of the goggle strap broke off in the pool. The plastic can be expected to crack somewhat after 3 years of wear and exposure to the sun. It was just a piece at the end of a strap, so he's still wearing them immaculate. They leave marks around the eyes because they create suction on the face to keep water out. My daughter is 9 now but she has a small bridge of the nose and a lot of glasses go on her but this one doesn't. My 7 year old son has a bigger head than a 9 year old and they still fit him well. Definitely worth the $10 we paid for Revain 3 years ago.
