Fits my son 41" and 39lbs perfectly. He usually wears 3/4T. This shirt will likely only fit him for one season, so size up if you want it to last longer. I think I bought 4T. Works great in the water, dries quickly and doesn't get hot. It also offers sun protection and some wind protection.
