USB-C Doesn't power the Jackery Explorer 300 but the 8mm connector works up to about 65w

I bought this specifically to increase the power input for my Jackery Explorer 300 solar charger have an 80w RichSolar panel in an 8mm socket and were trying to connect a 100w Flashfish via a 60w USB-C power input/output. Flashfish only delivers the advertised USB-C power (up to 65W) for about 5-10 seconds, which is practically meaningless. I've tried several times to get the USB-C PD Flashfish to work without success, it always works for a few seconds and then shuts down. Testing the DC output jack found that Flashfish could put out around 65 watts with my setup, which was less than expected. My other panel is only rated for 80w, but I was only able to get up to 70w with this panel in full sun. Flashfish via the DC jack alone has never exceeded 65w in full sun which means if it is indeed a 100w panel it doesn't get the 75% power output I expect from a solar panel. Flashfish panel design and look is great, I really like it. I'd definitely leave it if it could deliver 55 to 65 watts consistently over USB-C as advertised. I'd even consider leaving it if it could put out 75W DC, but again, it falls short. I had high hopes for this model as there aren't enough USB-C Power Delivery output solar panels on the market and wanted something to take advantage of the new USB-C PD feature of the Jackery Explorer 300. As a portable solar charger (non-USB-C PD) is a pretty good device, but not as high as one would expect. I'm planning on returning Flashfish and I'll be buying a second panel to connect in parallel with my RichSolar so I can collect more power from a single DC input (and I'll probably save money as Flashfish are pretty expensive per watt is). Three stars as it's probably still good for some people's needs but doesn't meet the USB-C Power Delivery requirements and that was my main reason for buying it.
