Out of Recommendation - Fails after 3 months
Although this thermometer is recommended by American Testing Kitchen, this thermometer fails after 2 months. When the probe is in the meat, the thermometer warns that the meat is warm, and then the temperature suddenly drops. Temperature readings fluctuate up and down by up to 10 degrees. It basically does not help in determining the temperature.
