The ease of use for our employees to be able write tickets without having an IT person in their office! It has made it so much easier when we have outages or issues at times where someone else cannot log into workstation due too being offsite/remotely working from home etc..
I would like there was more options available such as emailing customers directly instead just logging them online but this may not always happen depending upon your level within TOCITE system (which you can change) As far getting customer service - they are very helpful & quick responding- if my employee needs help during normal business hours then i usually get fast response time.- If its after 9pm PST which ususally happens around 3am CST / 5 am EST than sometimes responses take longer because people aren't checking emails often until morning hrs again dependant how busy things might become later.
