Review on 🔧 Roomba e&i Series Vacuum Cleaner Replacement Parts - Replenishment Kit with Roller Brushes, Filters, and Side Brushes by Kate Love

I have ordered this product before and was satisfied. This order seems wrong. Let's start with online photos. I'm a bit confused, the first photo shows what I ordered: long bristles, long brush, blue filters and yellow bristles. Perfect for what I need. I see a photo of them now which contains 4 other items, a screwdriver, screws and 2 different cleaning brushes which I assume are for long bristles and a long brush. Should these 4 other items be included in my order? If so, then they weren't. Now the items I received, the long items (long bristle and long brush) seem fine, but the blue filters are a bit smaller, just about fitting in the holding slot. And as you can see from the photo, the yellow bait sheds its bristles all over the house. I have never had a problem with this company or their product so I ordered again. I'm very disappointed that when I asked product support for help, the person definitely didn't help. Definitely not helpful. I understand that sometimes things are broken. Didn't want to write a review so I tried to get in touch but here I am, I'm happy to send anything back.
