4.5 stars great find

The first impression upon opening the box is how much prettier it is in person. It's beautiful and durable. It would be a nice gift, especially if they had a gift version in a more attractive outer box. It's a small detail that I believe could net them a few bucks more a piece if that's an option. Either way, when you open the plain box (which is a little crumpled) it's wrapped in pretty paper, which makes it that little bit more special. They also included a wonderful smelling inceia stick. I wish I knew what species it is. I would be interested in buying some. I thought the inclusion was a nice touch. Haven't tried any other racquets so can't give much feedback on hole size and fit of different brands just yet. It takes up more space than a traditional incense burner, but it's worth it. It's not just because I can burn the mess, it's also because it's a lot nicer. I like it and I think someone else on the market will like it too. My torch had a small defect near one of the holes that the manufacturer easily fixed. A little more attention to detail and everything would be perfect. This is a small detail and probably won't affect usage, but I think that this small detail, found before shipping, will make it even better than the competition. There are small pads on the underside. I think they are felt or something. What a great idea! They protect the burner and whatever you put on it. The best part is that for the first time in 25 years of smoking I had no ash anywhere but in the burner! No more ash from the dresser, back of toilet, coffee table, etc. Thanks for one less job. I plan to replace the other two burners with this. The price for what you get compared to what else is out there is very reasonable. I think I only paid $1 or $2 for the ones I'll be replacing with these, I still feel I got a good deal.
