For how cheap it is; Of course I knew it was possible. 1) The box had obviously been opened earlier and they didn't even bother to hide it. The ribbon is broken, the box is crumpled. 2) When I opened it, the shadows fell out, not one but THREE. Unfortunately I couldn't return it as this is a gift for my younger sister who loves makeup (and her birthday is in 2 days). So I had to glue the little eyeshadow squares back. Again for the price I wasn't expecting much but at least tried to make your product look like it was not returned or broken. If I wanted to glue the palette back into the box then I would make my own palette instead of buying it :)
