There is still something to be desired: Audio and video accessories

The windows room is fine for me, it's a step up from 7.1 surround sound. The sound seemed really good when listening to music. The quality is good and very comfortable. Bought because son broke his very good Turtle Beach 7.1 wireless surround sound system, but liked the idea of a wired connection for the quality, but also liked the freedom of wireless connection. It connects directly to the controller. Advantages. Comfort Quality materials Cons - Clumsy mic boom that is awkward to store and certainly can't twist or bend enough to get it out of the way - 3.5mm jack only, no USB - Packaging labeling was terrible - Support was not good. The Turtle Beach app cannot detect the headset. All videos include super amps. Even the support kept referring to the super booster. This model doesn't have a superamp - it's easy to get confused on how to connect a 3.5mm jack. And it takes some effort to mount the bar so that it goes all the way in, and it doesn't tip over - the rear windows are fine, but lack 7.1 surround sound in my opinion. If you're just an Xbox gamer and/or like Windows spatial and don't mind a 3.5mm jack, this is a good headset, but a little chunky and not very comfortable to hold. Our family will only use this on Xbox and prefer the older $70 Void Pro headset on PC.
